By booking a consultation with O.H.O Opticians you agree to the following terms.

Consultation scope

Our consultations provide independent recommendations for prescription lenses based on the information you provide. We do not provide medical eye exams or diagnose conditions — please see a licensed eye care provider for those services.

Payment

Consultation fees are due at the time of booking. Fees are non-refundable within 24 hours of the scheduled session.

Rescheduling

You may reschedule at no cost with at least 24 hours' notice.

Liability

Recommendations are professional opinions. Final lens selection and purchase decisions rest with you.
